• Mon & Wed → 5:10am, 6:00am
• Tue & Thu → 6:00am, 6:50am

🌠 Evenings

• Mon & Wed → 4:00pm (teen only), 5:10pm, 6:00pm, 6:50pm
• Tue & Thu → 5:10pm, 6:00pm

☀️ Fridays

• 6:00am → All clients welcome, PAYG.
• Session details drop Wednesday nights.

📚 With 14+ years of coaching, programming is something I’ll never outsource.
As a Strength & Conditioning coach — I still write every single program myself.

🙌 Well that training block went by super fast. Well done on a solid block 🥵 💨

📆 Next week is the rest week. VIPT Clients the studio will be open for your own use:
6am to 7am Mon Tue Wed (no cost; just pop in and get a session in)
