Huge shoutout to my client Dani for absolutely SMASHING her deadlift PB and pulling an incredible 110kg! 🔥💪

At the start of 2026, Dani set herself a goal of hitting a 100kg deadlift… and she’s already gone well beyond that! This is what happens when consistency, determination and hard work all come together.

What makes this achievement even more inspiring is that Dani does it all while living with an autoimmune disease. There have been challenges, setbacks and tough days along the way, but she continues to show up, put in the work and prove just how strong and capable she is.

So proud of everything you’ve achieved already and we’re only getting started 👏
Can’t wait to see what numbers we can hit by the end of the year! 🚀
