LAT PULLDOWNS are one of the most common back exercises, did you know changing your grip targets different areas of the back?
There are tons of variations and grips and many will overlap which muscles they target. The wide hand grip targets the teres major and teres minor, an advantage overhand middle grip hits the middle of the lats. And underhand grip will shift to the lower lats and biceps. And a chat grip will hit the middle and lower lats.

Machines vs Free Weights….For beginners, the machine reduces the risk of injury and helps to build strength. For advanced lifters, the machine challenges lifters to work through a full range of motion with correct form and not ‘cheat’ the movement although with free weights they force stabilizers to kick in and you can rep your guts out. 💪🏼💪🏼 What’s your preference?
