We are wrapping up our 12-week training block- and yes, they got stronger, fitter, and more resilient, but the biggest change? The confidence...every single time, it’s the confidence that stands out the most.

That is exactly why we throw a party every time we close a block- this Saturday it is our End of Block Party, and we cannot wait to celebrate them. 🥳

Hi everyone! Please help me welcome another wonderful addition to our coaching team - !

Jay has been in the fitness industry for 6 years and comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is passionate about helping women build strength and confidence, and can’t wait to support all of the Rigs women on their journey - whether that’s helping them lift heavier, feel more confident in the gym, or simply making time for themselves again.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find Jay working through her nursing degree or getting creative with paints 🎨 She also loves a catch up over coffee with friends ☺️
