I will help you with exercise programs, technique, motivation, and real goal setting. I will help you to help yourself and support you every step of the way. My main focus is mobility. This year will be my 12th year raising money for Movember Australia as you can see below.

As well get closer to the business end, I want to put out a challenge to everyone on here.

Big Shout out to Sorsha Mullen!
Set new PB's 1 Rep Max's for her Deep Squat and Standing Shoulder Press today.
Weighing in at just 67kg herself,
Squat 1RM from 58kg to 62.5kg
Shoulder Press 1RM from 26kg to 30kg.
This is in just 6 weeks of training and on a Doctor's roster as well.

Sadly yesterday was the last session training Nat Tuialii due to a move to Sydney, but she also went to go on and lift 105kg in her Deadlift setting a new PB.
Amazing effort and she is 19 years old with a previous ACL injury and first started strength training just 12 weeks earlier.
