Single Leg Bounding



Bounding variations are a staple in many of our field sport athlete programs. We like single leg variations for a few reasons…

• Develop unilateral rate of force development

• Challenge lower limb stiffness

• Improve horizontal force application - relevant to acceleration

• Improve coordination and inter-limb control dynamically

1 - Stomp & Drive (Wall Drill Banded)

2 - Load & Drive (Wall Drill Banded)

Great variations that emphasis knee extension behind the hip - hence its relation to acceleration.

Exercise 1 is a progression from exercise 2
- More range
- Increased demand on stiffness
- Added complexity

What an experience!

Start to finish, one of the best weeks of my career.

To be a part of a team, all operating with one unified purpose is something special.

595 days between fights due to injury doesn’t come without trials and tribulations.

5 months ago we set out on a mission.

A few speed bumps here and there, but with the right people in the room and thanks to Cody’s unwavering commitment to his craft - the mission was a success.

Healthy, stronger, fitter, heavier, faster and resilient!

This is only the start for , can’t wait to see what’s next!

A big thank you to the team for the support and work throughout the past few months.

I can confirm, I lasted 20s with

Grateful to be surrounded by some of the best in the game.

When I started training fighters, I made a conscious effort understand their game more.

Jumping into their world, putting the gloves on, having a roll and throwing myself into any scenario.

Grateful to be surrounded by some of the best coaches and athletes in the combat sports game.

Halfway through our time in Macau.

Learning daily and seeing up close how the best do it!
