The New Year Hybrid Challenge is designed to be challenging but sustainable. Focused on building, not breaking you. You’ll work on:
- Upper + lower body strength
- Muscular endurance
- Running speed + aerobic capacity
- Core strength
Weekly training split:
➡️ Monday: Lower Body Strength
➡️ Tuesday: Threshold/Interval Run
➡️ Wednesday: Full Body Conditioning
➡️ Thursday: Upper Body Strength
➡️ Friday: Core + Mobility
➡️ Saturday: Aerobic Run
➡️ Sunday: Rest
4 and 5 day training splits also available.
