So proud of Taylah. Her strength just keeps climbing. She’s hip thrusting 100 kilos, which is about double her body weight, hitting weighted unassisted chin ups, and now she’s smashing her hang cleans close to 40 kilos. She’s putting in the work and it shows.

I’ve done the all-or-nothing thing before. Signed up for the challenges smashed it for 8 or 12 weeks then found myself right back where I started. It felt like I was either “on” and restricting everything or “off” and completely lost.
Don’t get me wrong challenges can have a place. They can give you a boost or get you moving again. But living in that cycle isn’t healthy and it’s not sustainable. I learned the hard way that it’s not about how perfect you can be for a few weeks it’s about what you can keep doing for the long run.
These days, I’m all about longevity. Building habits that stick. Enjoying food without guilt. Training because it makes me stronger and happier not just to hit a number on the scale.
That’s the mindset I want for my clients too. Because when you shift your focus to a lifestyle instead of a deadline the results are not only better they actually last.
