NailZ will be leading our Muay Thai & Kickboxing FUN-damentals classes, bringing with him a decade of experience and a genuine passion for helping people develop their confidence and solid striking foundations.

Whether you’re completely new or looking to sharpen your basics in a supportive and engaging environment, these classes are designed to help you learn, get moving, and to have fun while developing lifelong skills.
