TEAM RO 💙 TEAM JUS 🩷

The Level Up Challenge officially kicks off on July 6th, and there is still plenty of time to sign up and be part of it! 🙌🏽

Before we get started, we’ll be holding our Challenge Masterclass at the studio on July 4th — your chance to kickstart the challenge the right way. We’ll cover everything you need to know, including challenge information, before photos, goal setting, training and nutrition tips, and exactly what to focus on to get the best results possible.

We’ll also have some fun challenge games on the day, and it’s when you’ll get the chance to choose whether you’re joining Team Ro or Team Jus 🩷💪🏽 (or we’ll choose for you if you can’t decide 😆).

The best part? You do not need to be a member of WHPH to join. You can train at any gym, train from home, or train with us. This challenge is open to anyone who is ready to make some positive changes and be part of a supportive community 💪🏽

The biggest thing we want you to do right now is get organised.

✅ The days you’re training
✅ The times you’re training
✅ Where you’re training

Treat these sessions like you would your kids’ sport, dancing or footy. They need to become non-negotiables ❤️

Once you have your training days locked in, we will help guide you the week before the challenge starts on the type of training that will best help you achieve your goal, based on your individual situation, experience level and pathway.

🥗 Have a think about your nutrition too.

We will have some simple meal plan options available in the challenge group, plus every participant receives a $35 Be Fit Food voucher. If you’d like to use Be Fit Food , make sure you contact them ASAP and book your free dietitian consult so everything is ready before July 6th.

📸 Before photos and measurements will be held on July 4th & 5th, and we’ll have some fun team activities and challenge information for you then too.

💙🩷 You’ll be added to our private challenge group the week before we start, where you’ll receive all the information you need.
