IFBB QLD & MELB NATIONALS RECAP 💚
July 18th I traveled to QLD to walk on stage for my first ever IFBB debut experience, stepping out of that comfort zone to compete in a new federation was one thing but than to travel to another state was even bigger.
To even make it to the stage this season was an actual WIN & ACCOMPLISHMENT in it self due to a few setbacks with health & digestive system with my coach making the decision for me to step back and allow my body to recover.
Did I think I had failed? Absolutely I did, but instead taking a step back, taking a week off training, allowing my body to rest & heal is exactly what it needed to walk on that stage happy & proud to take out 🥉 place in Bikini Masters 🥳
To travel to QLD with my eldest daughter right my side was the only WIN I actually needed 🤍
July 26th I again stepped back on stage with IFBB for Melb Nationals, WOW, what a huge incredible experience that was once again. The incredibly stunning ladies, the lineups, was truly out of this world. I walked away with no placings but I did walk away with an experience of a lifetime with IFBB.

The biggest lesson I walk away with from this prep is, it’s not about how hard you push sometimes dropping back is okay, or what you can & can’t control, success isn’t defined off a placing, it’s built on consistency, the work you put in, believing in yourself & trusting the process is what we CAN control.
