JLW Performance provides coaching and training both on the field and in the gym to individuals, groups and teams across a range of sports and abilities.

The core aim of JLWP is to improve every bodies level of physical performance, regardless of where they are starting from. I run a range of youth athletic development programs to support young athletes to achieve their sporting goals, regardless of their sporting discipline. My coaching philosophy is to create an environment that supports and pushes athletes and people from all walks of life to better themselves.

Holiday challenge for the kids 👇
Hand them the reins and let them design a 20-minute session. Backyard, park, farm, anywhere works.
Genevieve did exactly that, and here’s what she came up with! Running, jumping, carrying, laughing. 50 heel raises, 100 squats, 100 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 lunges, 20 jumps, 6x 20m 30seconds on 30seconds off, piggy backs and headstands

And yet another medal! 🥉

After a gutsy 8th in the 1500m, Nick Irwin backed up in what's fast becoming his pet event, the steeplechase, and grabbed a bronze medal at the NSW All Schools.

Another day, another medal at the NSW All Schools. 🥉

After two top-10 finishes earlier in the meet, Anna Childs ran an amazing 400m hurdles to claim 3rd and a bronze medal.

A big shout-out to our all-rounders at the NSW All Schools so many impressive results, we are a very proud coaching group😊:

Mila Staniforth followed an impressive CIS campaign with a top-10 400m and top-20 finishes in the 100m and 200m, all with style and a brilliant attitude.

Anna Childs ran a beautiful 6th in the 100m hurdles, with 9th in triple jump and 16th in the 100m.

Jess Childs, our pocket rocket, took on the 100m, 200m, 90m hurdles, javelin and shot put, with more to come. You're awesome, Jess!

Nick Irwin ran 8th in the 1500m, and his 3000m steeplechase is still to come.
