JLW Performance JLW Performance provides coaching and training both on the field and in the gym to individuals, groups and teams across a range of sports and abilities.

The core aim of JLWP is to improve every bodies level of physical performance, regardless of where they are starting from. I run a range of youth athletic development programs to support young athletes to achieve their sporting goals, regardless of their sporting discipline. My coaching philosophy is to create an environment that supports and pushes athletes and people from all walks of life to better themselves.

Ok team, we got it done! Stars of Orange 2026 is officially in the books! 💃✨
I am completely blown away by the generosity of our amazing community. Together, our team raised around $16,500! When you combine that with the efforts of the 7 other incredible Stars, plus the auctions and donations on the night, the whole group raised a massive $314,000 for the Cancer Council.
A huge congratulations to all the other teams. The dedication, the endless dance practices, and the fundraising efforts were nothing short of inspiring. And wow—the dances on the night were absolutely fantastic!
I have a few massive thank yous to make because I certainly didn’t do this alone:
To my team (Dave, Bayds, Brownie, and Charlie): Your dedication and amazing support to bring this to life was first class. You guys always have my back, and I couldn’t ask for a better crew.
To my daughter, Genevieve: Thank you for keeping me motivated and on task to get this dance done. I think everyone who saw us can agree that she is the real STAR here! ⭐️
To Miss Em at : A huge shout-out to you for your guidance, patience, and support in bringing our crazy ideas to life on stage!
Thank you again to everyone who donated, cheered us on, and supported this cause. We are so proud to be part of such a generous community. ❤️.

Please help us welcome Connor Bennett to the JLW Performance crew!
Connor is no stranger to the squad—he’s been training under J.Wal for over 6 years and has dominated the 100m, 200m, and 400m at both State and National levels. 🏆
Now, while tackling his HSC at James Sheehan, he’s stepping onto the gym floor to share that elite speed and work ethic with all of you. Connor excels at everything he puts his mind to, and we can’t wait to see him crush this new coaching role.
