JLW Performance JLW Performance provides coaching and training both on the field and in the gym to individuals, groups and teams across a range of sports and abilities.

The core aim of JLWP is to improve every bodies level of physical performance, regardless of where they are starting from. I run a range of youth athletic development programs to support young athletes to achieve their sporting goals, regardless of their sporting discipline. My coaching philosophy is to create an environment that supports and pushes athletes and people from all walks of life to better themselves.

Game Day in Dubbo! 🏉🔥
Massive day ahead for the Orange Emus Rugby Club, with three teams running out into the Grand Final today. Couldn’t be prouder of the effort across the entire club to get to this point.
A huge shoutout to the JLW Performance team as well. Every single member of our staff has had some amazing experiences with the Emus over the years—working with the squads, supporting the players, and being part of the community.
(And no, I definitely didn’t push them into it... total coincidence! 😉) Brownie will start the day off in the colts GF, then Davey Boi will go after it in the 3rd grade GF, and then the big one 1st grade!
This season also saw Charlie play her first games of rugby in the woman’s side and Coach Bayds ran first did some strapping and ran first aid!
To our JLW team, all the players, coaches, and supporters heading down to Dubbo today: best of luck! Bring it home! 💚🟩
