I’m incredibly proud (and honestly a little overwhelmed) to share that I’ve been named a finalist for Outstanding Business Leader at the 2026 Orange Business Awards. ✨

Being recognised individually feels a little strange because Empire has never been about just one person. While I may have started with the vision, it’s our incredible team who helps bring it to life every day.

To me, leadership isn’t about having all the answers or standing at the front. It’s about continuing to learn, setting a standard, creating opportunities for others and building an environment where people feel supported and empowered to grow.

I’m incredibly proud of the space we’ve created, the team we’re continuing to build and the community that Empire has become. None of it would be possible without our coaches, members and everyone who has supported us along the way.

This recognition may have my name attached to it, but it represents everything we have built together.

Whatever happens on the night, being named a finalist is something I’m genuinely grateful for and I’m looking forward to celebrating with our team and the wider Orange business community on Friday 25th September.

Together, our Empire community raised $824.00 for Cancer Council’s Daffodil Day! 🌼

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Cancer has had a very personal impact on my life and my family, so Daffodil Day represents far more to me than simply raising money. It’s an opportunity to honour the people we’ve loved, recognise those currently facing cancer and contribute to the hope that no family has to navigate it alone.

Seeing our Empire community come together for something so personal and meaningful was incredibly special.

Thank you to everyone who trained, wore yellow, donated or added a message to our Garden of Hope. Every contribution - big or small, helped us support Cancer Council’s vital work and show our support for everyone affected by cancer.

I’m incredibly proud of what our community achieved. Thank you for helping Empire give hope. 🌼

Welcome to our 12-Month Frequent Flyer Club! ✈️

From August 2025 to July 2026, these incredible Empire members completed at least 12 sessions every single month…that’s a minimum of 144 sessions across the year!

This milestone isn’t about one perfect week or a short burst of motivation. It represents an entire year of prioritising their training, building a sustainable routine and continuing to show up through busy weeks, changing schedules and everything life brings.

An incredible achievement and a true example of what consistency can build.
