I'm usually awake at 4.30am and off to work. When I'm not working I still get up early, watch the sunrise. Get a few things done before the world wakes up.

Meanwhile, if I stay up late I find that I tend to use the time poorly. Passively watching TV or scrolling on a screen. Late night snacking. Overthinking things that are unimportant.

Trading the last hour of the night for the first hour in the morning has a pretty high value for me.

Which hours of your day tend to return the most value and which ones tend to return the least?
