Sunny trainer Being fit has never been so pleasant! Are you ready? Born in Lithuania, raised in Germany, I graduated from Sport's science in the UK.

Moving across different countries shaped my lifestyle and knowledge on how to stay fit while still enjoying daily life. My work experience in chiro clinic underlined importance of how we move and recent bikini competition proved the value of self-confidence.

We often tend to stay in our “comfort zone” for too long, especially when everything is available at the click of a button and physical movement is becoming less and less a natural part of people’s lives.

While exercise may not feel comfortable for our minds or bodies, it is what helps build our character and keep us strong, not just physically but also mentally. Similar to cold water exposure, physical exercise builds our resilience and makes us grow in many ways.
