- Success at State Titles (Amber Cross, Elite Accreditation) Tues 24, May 7pm

- Coaching the Waratah Way (Amber Cross, Elite Accreditation) Tues 31 May 7pm

- How to develop your athletes to wear the Waratah (Jill McIntosh, High Performance) Thurs 2nd June 7pm

These sessions are aimed at coaches who hold a minimum Foundation Accreditation. Each session will accrue points towards accreditation updating.

To our clients past and present....LIFE is just crazy at this time and we hope you are all staying safe. Currently we are still able to train in our Studio for our Personal Training clients since we are a Private Personal Training studio and only you in the room at one time for a One on One PT Session. We understand that many people need exercise for mental health and we just wanted to let you know that if you would like to book in for a session to give me a call. 0416112885.
This is an ever changing situation and We will keep training to help people for as long as we are able to with government announcements. Our Studio is continually being wiped down after anyone touches anything and Hand sanitiser available, we will not put us or our clients at risk.
