One of very few facilities in regional Australia to offer this service — Emily works directly alongside our sports doctors, physios, and allied health team.

Medications, supplements, surgical recovery, health conditions — all looked at through the lens of your rehab, training, or performance goals.

We're are looking for a new experienced Pilates instructor to join the Fitness Lab team. We currently have Thursday evening and alternating Saturday sessions available.

At Fitness Lab, we take pride in delivering high-quality Pilates sessions. Our classes are thoughtfully programmed, led by experienced instructors, and designed to support safe, effective movement for people of all ages and abilities. No class is ever the same.

Our studio is part of Geelong Sports Medicine Centre, and our gym - Fitness Lab was purpose-built to be a welcoming, inclusive space for people of all ages and fitness levels. You'll be working alongside allied health professionals, exercise scientists, and a team passionate about helping clients move and feel their best.

There are also broader opportunities for professional development and to get more involved in the business, including expanding your role and scope over time in other areas of the business.

We're looking for an instructor who:
* Has solid experience teaching Reformer Pilates (not Mat Pilates)
* Understands how to program and tailor sessions to individual needs
* Brings energy, confidence, and professionalism to every class
* Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team, but can also work independently
