CORPORATE SELF DEFENCE | KELLY+PARTNERS

A fantastic corporate session at Willow Tree Estate, putting 20 team members from Kelly+Partners Accountants through my Corporate Self Defence Program.

The workshop focused on practical skills that can help people become more aware, confident and responsive when faced with a potential threat.

But the program is about more than self defence.

It’s also a great team-building experience — getting staff out of their normal working environment, working together, communicating, learning new skills and building confidence as a group.

Throughout the workshop we covered:
🛡️Situational awareness
🛡️Practical self-defence skills
🛡️Boxing fundamentals
🛡️Fitness and movement
🛡️Confidence under pressure
🛡️Communication and teamwork

It was great to see everyone get involved, support each other and have some fun along the way.

A big thank you to Kelly+Partners Accountants for giving their team the opportunity to experience the program.

I’m looking forward to bringing the Steel City Corporate Self Defence Program to more businesses, organisations and corporate teams across Newcastle and the Hunter.
