EMPIRE - Cardio with team training style, combo sets.

TOKYO DISCO - Overloading resistance across 12 stations in 2 pods of either upper or lower.

DB45 - David Beckham's signature workout. Prepare for explosive, power-focused movements, as well as multi-directional agility exercises.

LIBERTY - Time under tension-based resistance with the whole room working in sync with a specific tempo.

CHECKMATE - One pod of cardio, one pod of resistance and one AMRAP pod with some spicy group work to level up your week!

SOCAL - 60 minutes loaded with cardio, strength, agility, power and core. There is some team training-style finishers at the end of each pod. A workout that will get the heart rate soaring like the SoCal summer heat!

GOAT - Resistance-based that uses combo sets to target the agonist/antagonist muscles.

Q. How long have you been training at F45 Mayfield?
A: I’ve been training at F45 for 10 months now

Q. What do you enjoy most about F45?
A: the environment encouraged by both the trainers and the people you train with. I love the healthy competition that F45 provides.

Q. What have you achieved so far on your F45 journey?
A: since starting at F45 I have lost a total of 23 kg aswell as creating the discipline to continue to push forward in both training and external aspects. It has helped me increase the amount I train a day aswell the mindset to keep on going.

Q. What’s your favourite unhealthy meal?
A: I have a huge sweet tooth so snacks is my biggest unhealthy meal chocolate and lollies

Something that is just as important as working out is setting time aside to STRETCH 😋

The benefits of stretching
✅ Prevention of injury
✅ Mobility
✅ Flexibility
✅ Helps assist soreness / DOMS

You can simply start with just 5 minutes 3 times per week. Starting small will allow you to get into a routine and then build up to 10 minutes daily and the benefits will be amazing!

Write in your calendar right now some times when you will start to stretch. If nothing changes, nothing changes 😉
