The Bloods are back for another big Saturday of football, with our 3rds at home and the Reserves and Seniors hitting the road for a big clash against Keysborough. 🏉

This weekend, we also celebrate a fantastic club milestone as Mikey Fries runs out for his 150th club game. A loyal Blood, great teammate and a massive part of our football club, it’s a milestone thoroughly deserved. 👏🏻

🚨 Milestone Alert / 150 games 🚨

This weekend, we celebrate another great milestone, with Mikey Fries pulling on the jumper for his 150th game for Mordialloc Football Netball Club. 🔥✨

Mikey joined the club in 2014, a year that brought great success, and he played a key role in the club’s memorable Reserves Premiership campaign. Over the years, Mikey has become one of the most reliable wingmen at the club. A tireless runner, he can control a game from the wing and consistently deliver for his teammates.

While he may be small in stature, he more than makes up for it with his courage, determination and enormous heart. Beyond his football ability, Mikey is one of the club’s most respected and valued members. A great teammate, a friend to everyone, and a true clubman, he embodies everything that makes MFNC special.

A massive congrats Mikey Fries, on reaching 150 games. Thank you for your commitment, loyalty and contribution to the club over the years. Go well Saturday! 🫶🏻

The Ben Kav Bloods Raffle was a big hit again last Saturday at Ben Kav. ✨🎟️

After such a great day at Ben Kav, with the Bloods securing four top wins, Kov’s 200th and Damo’s 50th game, and a great ladies’ day. The meat trays were back again, and we can’t thank Ed Harvey enough for his ongoing support of the club and of course, his son Glenn from Tullys Corner Produce Store Meat Department for the meat trays.

Support like this helps create the great community atmosphere we have at Ben Kav. 🫶🏻

The raffle will run at every home game this season, with meat trays, sponsor vouchers, wine and plenty of other great prizes up for grabs. Be sure to grab a ticket and support the Bloods.

A special thank you to Rats for jumping back on the 🎤, plus all the volunteers who helped with ticket sales, BBQ, bar operations, and game day activities. Your support behind the scenes is greatly appreciated.

The Bloods are back at Ben Kav for a huge weekend of football, while our Div 2 Women kick things off under lights on Friday night in a massive clash against Narre Warren. 🏉🔥

Saturday is shaping up as one of the biggest days of the season, with all games at home and some huge milestones to celebrate. Club legend Josh “Kov” Kovarik runs out for his 200th club game, while Damien “Damo” Naso brings up his 50th game in Bloods colours. 👏🏻👏🏻

A big congrats to Damien “Damo” Naso, who plays his 50th club game this Saturday! ✨👏🏻

Since joining the Bloods in 2023, Damo’s growth has been incredible to watch. His skills, fitness, confidence and ability to impact games have improved massively, and he has become a player the team can always rely on.

More importantly, Damo is someone you want around the club. A popular figure on and off the field, he brings great energy, a team-first attitude and a smile every week.

A genuine great teammate and an even better clubman. Well done Damian Naso. Keep working hard and keep smiling…

Come upstairs after training tonight and spin the wheel for your chance to win some great prizes, including a Tullys Corner Produce Store meat tray, sponsor awards, dinner vouchers and more. ✨

Upstairs bar open from 6pm, with team selections for football and netball, plus Hawks vs Saints on the big screen. Dinner from 7:15pm, and tonight’s meal is chicken schnitzel with salad, chips and gravy. 🤤

This could be a massive contender for one of the marks of the year on so many levels. 💪🏻✨

Against Highett last Saturday, Will’s courage to go back with the flight was incredible, especially at such a crucial time in the game. After trailing by 11 points at halftime, this was the second of two massive third-quarter goals that helped extend our lead and shift the momentum. 🔥

An amazing mark, a huge moment, and a brilliant player. Will can play anywhere, competes hard, and never leaves anything out on the field. Awesome, Will Avery 👏🏻
