After a massive Saturday, get down to Ben Kav on Sunday morning and get behind our Thirds as they look to finish an incredible year and make a bit of Bloods history. 🩸✨

A win would see our first Thirds/Open League team in Mordialloc history win a premiership. The boys will be ready! 👊🏼

A few snaps from last week’s 30 point massive win over HighettFNC! 🔥

The boys were tested all day but stood up when it mattered, kicking away in the last and using the wind perfectly to book our spot in the big dance.

Next up is East Malvern at 2:15pm this Saturday at Springvale Reserve.

After another top year for the Reserves, they have earned themselves another shot at the big dance. It’s been a massive effort from the whole group, and now they’re looking to go back-to-back premiers when they take on Highett this Saturday. 🩸✨

The boys will be ready and giving it everything.

🔥 INTO THE GRAND FINAL X 3🔥

What a day and what a response from our Senior boys! ✨🩸
After the hurt of the week before, the boys showed exactly what this group is made of…

Full credit to a very good side who made us earn every bit of it. It was a cracking game of footy, and they certainly didn’t make it easy, but when the game was there to be won in the last quarter, the Bloods knew exactly how to play it, kicking away for a huge 30 point win and a spot in the Grand Final! 💪🏻

A massive performance from Jack Eastwood, who was awarded Best on Ground and received a signed football presented by JJ (Head Snr Coach). Jack was outstanding with 20+ possessions and 3 critical goals, standing up when the game was on the edge.

As a club, we couldn’t be prouder to now have ALL THREE of our Men’s teams playing in Grand Finals this weekend!

Our Seniors and Reserves play on Saturday at Springvale, and we return home to Ben Kavanagh Reserve on Sunday for our Thirds Grand Final. 🚀

An incredible achievement for our players, coaches, volunteers, supporters and the entire Bloods community.
But the job isn’t done yet. 3 teams. 3 Grand Finals. 3 more games.

Happy 90th Birthday, Merle! 🎂✨

Everyone at the Mordialloc Football Netball Club would like to wish Merle Carey a very happy 90th birthday… 🫶🏻

Merle is a Life Member of the MFNC and has been an incredible part of both the Mordialloc Football Netball Club and Mordialloc Cricket Club for more than 40 years.

Her contribution, support and dedication to both clubs and the wider Mordialloc sporting community is something very special, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of the Bloods family.

Merle’s contribution and love for the club are something very special. She particularly looks forward to our Thursday night selection nights at the club after training, catching up with everyone and being part of the Bloods community she loves so much.

A big thank you to Mordialloc Cricket Club for helping celebrate Merle’s special milestone, and next time we promise we’ll get you candles you can actually blow out! 😂

📣 UNDER 19s LOCKED IN FOR 2027! 🔒

Firstly, a huge congratulations to our newly appointed Under 19s Coach Rory Hannaford and Assistant Coach Xavier Supple! 👏🏻👏🏻

Rory has been the driving force behind launching our Under 19s program. With previous coaching experience at Mordialloc-Braeside, his passion, recruitment skills and vision for why an Under 19s pathway is so important have been second to none. He’s also been an integral part of our Reserves this season, and we’re thrilled to have him leading the next generation of Bloods.

Joining Rory is Xavier Supple, who has made an immediate impact since arriving at the club this year. His passion on the field, connection with people off it and genuine belief in helping build the U19 program have been unreal. Coming across from Heatherton, Xav has quickly bought into where the Bloods are heading and will play a huge role alongside Rory.

Adding our Under 19s in 2027 is a massive step forward for the MFNC, creating a genuine pathway for young footballers into our senior program and strengthening the future of our club. 🔥

WE STILL NEED PLAYERS!
