Exciting news! We've been awarded an Australia Post Community Grant towards mindset development sessions for our Monbulk Rangers players. With this funding, we’ve partnered with Sport and Life Training (SALT) on a series of programs to help to build confidence, resilience and positive behaviours both on and off the field. Last night we kicked off our first session with our U11 to U16 Girls teams and received some fantastic feedback! We’re proud to be one of many organisations delivering mental wellbeing support across Australia, one project at a time. SALT - Sport and Life Training
