Currently about to undergo total hip replacement (THR) thanks to crashing my motorbike on the Clyde mountain 5 years ago. No fracture but my body decided to add quite a bit of reinforcement over the years so off to RPA Thursday then back to work so be patient, I will be back as the bionic woman ! Still taking appointments at home and the leisure centre

Just goes to show, regardless of your disability, anything is possible when you manage to keep your strength up. His client has MS and most of the time wheelchair bound. I've been training this client in his home for almost 3 years. His son flew him up to Cairns for a few days recently with his carer and my client managed to catch a metre long Baramundie, absolutely amazing and look at his face. Never give up, keep moving, keep strong, keep positive. Exercise IS medicine. !!

I will be starting up for one day a week to begin with on a Tuesday with Cathy at Strive Physio in Milton. A start date is yet to be announced so watch this space.
