With over 20 years in the health and fitness world, I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered in their own bodies. As the owner of Totally Fit, I’ve created a space where everyone feels welcome and supported, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. My goal? To help you crush your goals and feel even better than you imagined!
I specialise in Personal Training and Pre and Post Natal fitness. Whether you're pregnant, a new mum, or a seasoned one, I’m here to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and energy. My approach focuses on helping you feel balanced and empowered so you can take on everything motherhood throws your way.
But it's not just for mums—it’s for anyone wanting to feel stronger, more confident, and better in their body. Whether you’re building muscle, improving flexibility, or just moving in a way that feels good, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I’m also passionate about Yoga —I Teach a style of yoga that works with your body’s connective tissue (fascia) to release tension, boost flexibility, and improve mobility. It’s all about finding the perfect balance between strength and space.
