I am so excited to be back dancing with you all! My neck is feeling so much better and I can finally move again. Thank you for all your kind messages and understanding while I recovered. ❤️

Unfortunately, due to a severe neck injury, I won’t be able to teach Zumba today. 💔

I was really hoping I would improve enough to make it to class, but the pain and restricted movement have made that impossible. As much as I hate missing our dance party, I need to give my body the chance to rest and recover properly.

Thank you all for your understanding and support. I truly appreciate my amazing Zumba community and I’m hoping to be back dancing with you very soon. 💃❤️
