Once again the Rally Production crew Nate and Josh have done an awesome job capturing what a week on the rally is like.
Here are some shots of the teams and some of our buddy group. Check out the fresh faced clean cut crew who started out compared to the scraggly bunch who crossed the finish line (Can confirm- Paw patrol outfits, if worn all week, do get smellier each day) including the infamous after party Pedicure won at auction (Can also confirm- Mule was absolutely barefoot from the morning of the start of the rally until the restaurant after the finish line) and the awesome experience of having a bunch of young Jillaroos in training, who came out to wave us along on the roadside near Muttaburra, breaking into an impromptu dance routine thanks to Pour Patrol's irresistable dance mix being blasted from the rooftop speakers

The Thirst Reponse team has made it back to Ulladulla safe and sound!
Just like that the party is over for 2026 but who knows what next year might hold…

With a couple of proper rally days under our belt the datto and falcon are still kicking along well. Mechanically the datto is flying. Structurally she’s a little sad. Also awfully dusty inside.
We were lucky enough to be 3rd group out yesterday and after a couple of well timed pub stops we made it to Karumba to see the sunset yesterday and raised a toast in memory of our friends and family who’d last their fight, on the beach, overlooking the northern shoreline. It was a beautiful moment with our little group and really showed what we are all making this crazy journey for.
Today we punched it to Chillagoe, 500ks of dusty roads with the datto sucking in dust through the boot like Charlie Sheen!
Tomorrow is the last day and comes with a little surprise, Team Tankette within our buddy group has organised the Army to es**rt us in with some armoured vehicles once we hit Townsville.
