Studio owners- this is the piece no one is talking about.

As a Pilates & fitness instructor for over 8 years, I’ve seen firsthand that it’s not the programming that makes a class… It’s the energy of the instructor.

With a background in singing and acting, I’ve also spent years learning how to use breath to:
• project voice without strain
• hold a room without over-talking
• create presence, not just noise

Now combining that with breathwork — it all connects.

👉 I don’t just teach instructors how to breathe properly, I teach them how to coach their clients to breathe properly in class.

Because when breathing is done right:
• clients recover faster between sets
• build better endurance
• stay in exercises longer
• reduce that “burn out / panic” feeling

And in a world where stress is already through the roof…
our clients don’t want to come to class and feel even more wired and overstimulated.

This type of breathing in class is vital for the nervous system — for both the instructor and the client.

👉 If an instructor isn’t breathing properly:

they burn out faster
over-cue and over-talk
the class feels chaotic 🤯

👉 When they are:

the room has flow and control
the energy has ebbs and flows (not just from the music, but from the teacher)
clients leave feeling worked and regulated.

I’ve been working with studios on this and the results have been huge — shifts in instructor energy, client experience, endurance and overall class vibe.

The group I ran this weekend in their home with their friends was honestly one of the most magical and deep sessions I’ve facilitated.

Because everyone already knew each other and felt comfortable, it created a level of safety and trust that allowed people to really let go, go deeper, and form even stronger connections.

Instead of going out, staying “on”, or pushing through…
this is a space to slow down, switch off, and actually reset together.

These are private, in-home sessions — longer, more immersive (2–2.5 hours), designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stress, and create a real shift in how you feel.

It’s gentle, guided, and created to feel safe and especially if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or stuck in your head.
