But as a simple commitment to keep showing up for yourself through the season when it's often hardest to do.

💫Small timetable shift shaped by our awesome members.

From Thursday 30th April Classic and Stretch & Restore will swap times with Classic changing to 6.30pm and S&R to 7.30pm.

Many Thursday regulars enjoy moving through two classes, finishing with something slower and more restorative. Such a wonderful way to end the day.
