Some lyrics hit a little differently when you’ve experienced people trying to dim your light, question your place, or make you second-guess yourself.

But here’s the thing… I’m going to keep dancing, keep growing, keep showing up and keep being me. ❤️‍🔥

To all my fellow instructors and anyone out there finding your light, BELIEVE in yourself. You don’t need to compete with anyone, prove yourself to everyone, or become someone else to belong. I still remind myself to do so.

Your journey is yours. Your energy is yours. Your light is yours. So, own your space and keep doing what you love. 💃🏻🔥

My second heels choreo session with the talented and sexy Nina Sarah Zaldivia , dancing to Born This Way by Lady Gaga, a song that felt more like a statement than just music. Thank you for such an amazing session today, Nina! I had such a great time and loved the choreo. You always create such a safe and empowering space to learn and grow... ♥️✨

I may not see perfection when I watch myself back over and over again, but dancing keeps teaching me something more important… to EMBRACE who I am, exactly as I am.

Flying on adrenaline, passion, music, and the love for Zumba and it's incredible community.
