Our 3-week guided programs using our PHIIT Exercise System, are designed to challenge you to reach your best performance and as a result, improve your overall ability, health and wellbeing. With the guidance and support from our expert trainers the simple aim is to learn the exercises, set a benchmark and then simply aim to improve your personal performance each time you train. You will join the PHIIT community where we care about our members, are around to help guide you, answer any questions about training or nutrition and we get to know all of our members not just by name but about their lives, achievements and fitness goals
