As your instructor, Jessica asks you to make a commitment to yourself in taking the time to move your body each week, she asks you to be present whilst on the mat and to be patient with yourself. In return, Jessica promises to commit to you, to show up with fresh movement flows, to create an all-inclusive community where everyone is seen, encouraged, celebrated and of course – pushed!
