It’s always fantastic to be able to help people out of pain. Any type of pain can be challenging for the person dealing with it. This person walked in with 8/10 lower back pain had one remedial massage and then said they were 2/10 pain after the treatment. I then encouraged the person to start a physiorehab rehabilitation program where I personally educated & showed the person how to stretch, mobilise, & strengthen their body in relation to their specific injury. There pain went to 0/10 after starting the exercise program. They have told me occasionally they may wake up with some pain though they now have the tools to take themselves out of pain. How awesome & empowering! This person can now help themselves out of pain! 😊

My injured client called me up and was desperate to play soccer this Sunday. I didn't even touch the injury and I improved the pain, a corked thigh by 50%, before starting their remedial massage. I used pranic colour healing and breathwork to do that. I then used kinesiology, sports/remedial massage.
