Relays are always such a fun event on the XCR calendar. Great to see so many members out competing, supporting teammates, and representing the club across all divisions on Saturday at Jells Park. A big thank you to Natalie and Shaun for stepping in to cover Club helper duty on the day.

XCR is back!

Fantastic participation from Malvern at Lakeside to open the 2026 campaign, with PBs all round and plenty of support out on course!

Cool, windy one at Norton’s Park this morning.

The “8km” ended up closer to 9km, but no complaints. Tracey and Ged were first across the line, and Andrew took out the handicap.

A special night for the John Gill and John Williams 10,000 meters.

Our inaugural Pride Round alongside our friends made it even more meaningful, followed by great barbecue to bring everyone together.

Congratulations to Ryan Bently on an outstanding performance in the Australian Masters Championships this weekend.

Ryan took home gold in the 800m and 400m, and silver in the 1500m and 4 x 400m relay - an incredible effort across the board.
