Breathe, relax and enjoy 3 1/2 hours of luscious self-massage. You will use massage balls, rollers and blocks to release muscles throughout your entire body.

This workshop is perfect to:

🤍Ease tension
🤍Calm the nervous system
🤍Recover from stress
🤍Improve sleep and pain caused by muscular tightness
🤍Increase lymphatic movement

By the end of the three hours you will feel calm in your mind and body.
