On Tuesday, April 21st, we have our staff on-site first aid and CRP refresher, which we are opening up to members who would like to get involved.

Details:
• 1:30pm to 2:30pm CPR only (refreshed every year)
• 1:30pm to 3:30pm CRR & First Aid (refreshed every two years)

Today was Ruby’s last shift at State of Fitness 😭

We’re really grateful for her energy, support, and friendship in the gym over the past 18 months.

She’ll now be focusing on her roles outside of SOF, while continuing to grow her women’s-only hiking business — which we’re excited to see evolve 👏

Starting next week, Sienna will step in for Ruby’s Monday sessions. The transition has been seamless over the past two weeks with Sienna and Ruby working together in the gym for member handover.

Thanks for everything — don’t be a stranger ❤️
