If you could make just ONE thing easier for your body, what would you choose?

🏃 Getting back into a sport?
🛒 Carrying the shopping?
🚶 Walking further without needing a break?
👧 Keeping up with the kids or grandkids?
💪 Feeling more confident in the gym?

It doesn't have to be a big goal. Sometimes the everyday things matter most.

One move from Maddie to help with knee strength👉

Knee strength is not just for rehabbing injuries but for maintaining health bones and mobility as we get older.

This isometric move is a good one in particular as it builds strength without moving through a full range of motion. It works on strengthening the muscles and tendons that support the knee.

If you need extra balance have a bench or chair next to you for support as your lower into the lunge.

One thing we hear a lot is:

"I probably should have come in sooner."

You don't need to wait until pain is unbearable or movement becomes impossible before asking questions.
Sometimes getting the right advice early can simply give you a better understanding of what's going on and what your next step might be.

Not necessarily.
Pain doesn't automatically mean you have to stop everything.
Sometimes an activity may need to be modified. Sometimes training volume needs to change. Sometimes the body needs time and a different approach.
The important part is understanding what you're dealing with rather than simply pushing through everything — or avoiding movement completely.

One move from Maddie to help with tennis elbow👉

Tennis elbow generally comes from over use of the hand and wrist which causes tension toward the elbow. Rehab exercises that involve moving the elbow can sometimes be painful so that is where we bring in isometric holds. Loading and strengthening the muscles without dynamic movement. This can help build tolerance for the muscles around the elbow before we introduce dynamic exercises.
