Whether it be through training, merchandise or conversations I am very grateful for all of the support I’ve been shown across the last 6 months in setting up and running Blake Duncan Performance. During this time I’ve seen how hard people have been willing to work in order to achieve some great training goals and I’ve enjoyed being a part of that process with you. Recently I’ve been fortunate enough to be offered a new opportunity which I will be pursuing meaning we won’t be able to train together moving forward. Thanks again for all your support during our time together and I hope you continue to achieve your training goals into the future. Blake 💪🏻

Starting tomorrow I’ll be taking part in The May 50K - a fundraising challenge that supports research for multiple sclerosis (MS). This means I’ll be running 50km across the month of May and if you know me well, you’ll know it is not something I’m overly keen on (💪🏻✅/🏃‍♂️❌). If you could contribute in any way (every bit helps!) Very grateful to have been able to work with and learn from one of the best there is in 🍀🍀

So many different tools and techniques that make up my coaching philosophy in strength & conditioning and rehab are as a result of the time we spent together over the last few seasons! 💪🏻
