Class timetable starts back tonight as normal.
Monday 5.15pm - HURRICANE CIRCUIT CLASS
A combination of cardiovascular & strength training using a variety of exercises & equipment including kettlebells, sand bags, steps, dumbbells and body weight exercises to give you the ultimate full body workout.
Tuesday 5.15pm - SHAKE IT DANCE FITNESS
An upbeat dance class that combines a mixture of dance styles designed to get you moving & shaking while placing an emphasis on FUN!
No dance experience required.
Wednesday 5.15pm - FATBURN EXTREME
A 20 minute High Intensity Interval Training workout, scientifically proved to maximise results in minimal time.
Using body weight exercises this class caters for beginners right through to athletes looking to dramatically improve their performance.
Alternate Wedesday 5.15pm -BOXFIT
A 45min HIIT style boxing workout using gloves & focus mitts, incorporating boxing combinations & body weight exercises. Itβs high intensity & great for cardio, co-ordination & strength.
Option available to box individually without contact.
Thursday 5.15pm - PREHAB
Prehab Injury Prevention focuses on common muscle imbalances using foam rolling & muscle activation techniques to improve mobility & joint function to reduce the likelihood of injury.
All classes have modifications to cater for all fitness levels.
Find us at the Presbyterian Church Hall, 188 Keen St, Lismore. Entry via car park at the back, off Hampton St.
Classes are $12 each or $25 for the week.
