No one’s coming to do it for you — and that includes us coaches. 💥
Even on the days we’re tired, flat, overwhelmed or low on motivation… we still show up.
Why?
Because routine > motivation.
Because discipline builds results.
Because if we ask our clients to hold themselves accountable, we have to live it too.
Coaches aren’t superhuman — we just practice the same habits we teach.
And that’s exactly why they work.

I used to say:
“I want to quit.”
“I’m failing.”
“I’m not doing enough.”
“I’m exhausted.”
“I give up.”
“I don’t want to train.”
Now I say:
👉 “I’ll show up anyway.”
👉 “I’m learning.”
👉 “I’m doing what I can.”
👉 “There’s more in the tank.”
👉 “I’ll try a new approach.”
👉 “I get to move today.”
