Hey Everyone!

I’d like you to meet my little mate Noah. Noah has been diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Fanconi Anaemia, involving all 3 blood cell lines. He’s champion and a fighter I saw that today with his 3 punch combos he was showing me 🥊.

Noah’s future will be challenging and that’s why I’m helping raise funds and awareness for an amazing organisation who have helped my good mates and parents to this legend, Franca and Eli. 🙌🏼

This will be my first UTA 50km Run and one of my most memorable events as it now means so much more to be helping Noah and many others who are challenged by this rare disorder. The goal is 5k and we have already raised over 3k in just a short few days 👊🏼

Congratulations to Lisa Samways who is our Client of the Week 🙌🏼

Lisa has been with us for 12 weeks and has had seen some massive changes in her body composition 👏🏼

Since joining and training with Hannah, Lisa has lost a staggering 7kgs! 🥊💥

Lisa regularly attends multiple group classes through the week in addition to her personal training sessions 🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

Lisa has been committed to her training since her first day and we look forward to seeing her to continue to kick her goals!
