Jenna has a strong passion about holistic health and wellness helping others improve their relationships with themselves! She’s also a social butterfly and is always down for a chat with others!👑
She runs a Kettlebell class on Tuesdays aswell as Pump and Grind on Wednesdays and Core on Fridays making sure everyone leaves her class smiling and sweating 😂
Jenna loves helping others and is always seen around the gym so don’t be shy and say hello next time you see her in the club.

We will be there from 7am keep a look out for our red tent and also our Personal Trainer Emmanuel who will be running both warm ups for 5k and 2k.
