This post is for the backbone of Coach .
Ash is the head coach of our Junior and school athlete development programs, strength coach for strength & conditioning programs, primary coach on the majority of our group sessions, media guru and she does it all with expertise as an Exercise Scientist and qualified strength & conditioning coach.
Ash pours her heart into every session, every athlete, every detail. Hard work, dedication, and genuine care that’s who she is.
This video is our small way of saying THANK YOU, Ash.

In-season training isn’t about doing more… it’s about doing what matters.

The goal is to maintain strength, power and robustness throughout the season so athletes can keep performing when it counts. Done well, in-season work helps reduce the drop-off that often comes with games, travel, fatigue and bus schedules.

It’s not about smashing you in the gym.
It’s about staying strong, staying sharp, and staying available for selection.

At we program in-season training to help athletes:
• maintain strength and power
• manage load around games and training
• reduce injury risk
• keep progressing across the season

Train with intent. Perform when it matters.
Train with the best. Be the best.

Under-fuelling is common in atheltes. When energy intake doesn’t match energy output (training load), we commonly see a drop off in recovery and tissue-building. This often leads to fatigue, slower healing, poorer bone/muscle development, and a higher chance of overuse injuries.
