The determination to make it to the gold medal match was evident in the teams resilience to fight to the final moment. After levelling the game in the dying seconds it just wasn’t our day in the shootouts. Still in medal contention we will be taking on NSW for a bit of rose gold at 14:20 (AEST)

Coach Smash has redeemed herself from Drone Bee to Queen Bee after getting a match that was scheduled for the death trap turf upgraded to turf 2 also allowing the game to be live streamed for our WASSIE supporters. Kim will be modelling the Drone Bee cape for using the cars seat as free Chiro 🐝

Our duo bee awards have been handed on to new recipients. Queen Bee Sara for taking the reins with the virgin skit. Also shout out to the virgin crew for performing their skit in front of the whole WA contingent 💛🖤 Drone Bee goes to Jess who after being hit in the foot with a ball decided she no longer requires shoes to play as her feet can handle anything th comes at them 🐝
