New Mum + Baby Movement Course at Breeze 💕👶

Calling all mums with babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months! 🌿

Our progressive course is designed to help you safely rebuild strength, confidence and movement after birth, while spending quality time with your little one 🙌

The course is led by Amy Pappas, an experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapist and mum. Amy has postgraduate training in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation, with a background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and beyond💫

✨ Core & pelvic floor retraining
💪 Full-body strengthening
🧘‍♀️ Mobility, stretching & movement
🌸 Strategies for common aches and pains in early motherhood
👶 5 week course led on Wednesday’s at 10:15am from 26th August 2026

This course is the perfect bridge between birth and getting back to your regular gym, Pilates or exercise classes!
Helping you feel stronger, more confident and ready to move again 👏

You’ll also meet other mums, have fun with your baby and enjoy a supportive environment along the way💕
