Want to join a yoga class but don't feel comfortable in a mainstream class? For women over 40, who may perhaps have some physical restrictions or stress related issues and have some experience in yoga, then this yoga class could be your answer. Its non-competitive, compassionate, and there's no lycra. A typical class includes gentle postures, breathwork, meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

. All practices are modified to suit the needs of the individual student by the experienced, qualified and accredited teacher - Lesley Goldacre. The class is held at the lovely Austinmer Uniting Church Hall, in Moore Lane. Call first to enrol and for more details on 0242674040

Lesley’s Gentle Yoga & Meditation Class is held at Coledale Community Hall on Friday mornings at 9am. The class operates on a four-term per year basis.
The commencement date for Term 1 in 2026 is Friday, 6 February at 9am.
