Turns out a chat on a trail might be doing more for you than you think. 🌿🌞

Research shows nature, connection, and movement play an important role in supporting our physical and mental wellbeing.

It’s one of the reasons we created Lace Up with Limber, free community offering designed to bring people together, get us moving outdoors, and create meaningful connection beyond the studio walls.

Our next Lace Up with Limber adventure will be announced soon in our Limber WhatsApp 💛🥾🌿

Your body isn’t a problem to fix. 🤸

Yet sometimes it feels like we’re constantly being told there’s something else we should improve, optimise or change about ourselves.

We’re all for growth BUT have we become so focused on the outcome that we forgot to enjoy the process?

Often FUN is rarely considered productive and JOY is often treated as a bonus.

Just some thoughts we’re getting curious about lately 💭💭 When was the last time you exercised purely because it felt good?

Meet the humans behind Limber 🌻 Katie
Teacher

You may know Katie from her classes, but what you might not know is that she’s also an incredible athlete, cat mum, and one of the most positive people you’ll ever meet.

Katie has a way of making everyone around her feel a little lighter. She’s warm, encouraging, endlessly kind and someone who truly embodies the joy of movement.

WHAT would we find you doing outside of work life?
You’d probably find me running, spending time with my cats, or finding any excuse to get outside and move. I love being active and soaking up the simple moments in life.

WHAT does movement mean to you?
Everything. Movement is my medicine, my hobby and my energiser. It helps me feel grounded, strong and connected to myself. I genuinely can’t imagine life without it.

WHAT do you want people to feel when they leave your class?
Empowered, strong, happy, capable and inspired. I hope people leave feeling a little more confident in themselves and appreciative of what their body can do. 💛

Limber Lounge Ep. 2 🫶

This month we’re getting curious about food, wellness culture, and the messages we’re constantly exposed to online and the ways this shapes our relationship with our bodies.

We hope these chats encourage a little more curiosity, a little less comparison, and a lot more trust in yourself.

Are you feeling Pilates exercises in all the wrong places? 🤔

You might only be one cue away from changing the entire exercise.💡

Here are our most common corrections we give in class that instantly make movements feel more effective.

Meet the humans behind Limber 🌻 Maddy

You may know Maddy from her classes, but she’s recently stepped into the role of Studio Lead too.

From member nurture to studio support, she’s become an important part of the Limber experience.
So we thought it was time for a proper introduction 💛

WHAT would we find you doing outside of work life?

You can find me at the gym, watching reality TV on the couch, doing something active like bouldering with my family, or on a spontaneous outing in the city!

WHAT does movement mean to you?

At this stage of life, movement means being compassionate with myself. It’s a tool, a practice, a source of joy, a place to learn.

WHAT do you want people to feel when they leave your class?

I want people to feel like they have been able to move in a way that honours where they are at on any given day. They’ve had the chance to tune into themselves. 🫶

In a world of texts, emails and notifications, a handwritten note still hits different 🫶

Our Love Club corner is the cutest spot in the studio. A place where members and teachers leave handwritten notes for one another.
