โญ๏ธ 2025-26 Community Cricket Awards โญ๏ธ

The Mackay Cricket Association and the Trudy Crowley Foundation partnered for the second straight season in 2025/26 and showed just how amazing sport working together with a charity can be. The Trudy Crowley Foundation was created to alleviate the suffering of those both directly and indirectly impacted by ovarian cancer. This season, through two awesome initiatives, over $10,000 was raised for the worthy cause! First was the now annual MCA Trudy Crowley Round where awareness is spread and funds raised by players across all grades wearing teal zinc in solidarity. Then followed the introduction of the inaugural Mark Kaczmarowski Courage Cup, played between a Survivors XI and an All-Stars XI (made up of sponsors and family members). Both were a huge success, not just financially, but in strengthening community ties and elevating cricket and foundation's profile.
