has put tireless work into his deadlift over the years so it was good to see him get the big 300 in the bag.

Recently haven't had deadlifted in around a year started with 200 for 10s and worked his way up to this. Accessories like heavy zerchers, GHRs, safety squats, core work providing the base.

In celebrating our 15th year this month we've been busy making big upgrades and additions to Brisbane's original powerlifting gym.
:
1. Floor fully retiled in the highest quality rubber gym tiles.
2. New Goliath Barbell Bench/Squat combination competition rack.
3. Hundreds of kilos of Goliath calibrated plates including some 50s!
4. Primal Strength Hack squat machine. This things unreal how it blasts the legs. Very popular piece of equipment.
5. Final piece will be the custom sled track through the middle yet to arrive.

The gym fills out, looks and feels as a proper strength facility should.

New addition to the IU team Rhyley Dartbell competes at GPC QLD state titles. Deadlft only cleaning up with a 275kg third attempt at 89.9kgs for an over 3x BW Deadlift with more in the tank. Rhyleys next comp he's focusing on is going to be with the APL.

Onica does it again! FIRST place at APL State Championships. Onica went 7 of 9 lifts cementing a 350kg (PR) total and a 426 dots points barely in the U56kg weight class at a tiny 52.1kg bodyweight.
