🚨 2 FREE BRIDGE TO BRISBANE TICKETS UP FOR GRABS! 🚨

We’ve got TWO FREE entries into Bridge to Brisbane on Sunday 13 September to give away, and we’re making you work for them!

We know how much everyone loves pointing out our mistakes (especially speling) so we thought we’d finally put that attention to detail to good use.

We’ve deliberately hidden mistakes throughout this post 🤥 Some will jump out at you straight away, while others are definately going to take a little more searching.

Your job is simple, take a really good look at the photo, read everything carfully and work out exactly how many mistakes we’ve hidden.

The first TWO people to correctly tell us the total number of mistakes will each recieve a FREE Bridge to Brisbane entry!

That’s your race entry completely covered. Whether you’re taking on the 5km or 10km, it’s a pretty good prize for simply proving how good you are at finding our mistakes.

PINNACLE RECAP 🚨

Another big week at Pinnacle with plenty happening across the gym.

Classes firing, PT sessions back-to-back, you getting your own gym sessions done and another strong week of Run Club as we keep building towards the Bridge to Brisbane. 🏃‍♂️

We’re getting closer now, so the next few weeks are all about staying consistent and keeping the momentum going. Whether you’re running the 5km, 10km or just joining us for the training, there’s still plenty of work to get done before race day.

The sun’s up earlier, the mornings are getting easier and the public holiday is officially behind us. Time to get back into the routine and keep things moving.

🏃‍♂️ 162KM. 6,000M VERTICAL. 30 HOURS & 7 MINUTES NON STOP.

A massive effort from Pinnacle member Johnny, completing the Scenic Rim Miler over the weekend.

Johnny started at 3:00am Saturday, with the temperature sitting at a freezing 0°C on the start line.

Johnny then competed
162km of running
⛰️ 6,000m of vertical climbing
🌙 Running through Saturday night
⏱️ 30 hours and 7 minutes on course

Johnny crossed the finish line at 9:07am Sunday with 2/3 of the competitors not finishing the race.

An unbelievable display of endurance, preparation and mental toughness.

162km. Non-stop. Through the day, night and into the next morning.

Huge congratulations from everyone at Pinnacle, Johnny. An incredible achievement mate!

15 Years. Two Chapters. One Purpose.

This month marks 15 years in the fitness industry for Elih 🏆

The first photo takes us back to 10 years with the original Pinnacle. The second is 15 years in, standing in front of Pinnacle 2.0. Looking back, the gyms have changed, the branding has evolved, and we’ve grown a lot along the way. But the reason we get up every day hasn’t changed.

Helping people is, and always will be, the best part of what we do. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching someone become stronger, healthier, more confident, or simply believe in themselves again. If you know Elih and Nick personally, you’ll know that’s what genuinely gives us the biggest kick. It’s never been about the hours, the early mornings, the shift work, or even the business itself. It’s about the people.

The average career of a personal trainer barely lasts a year, so to still be doing this 15 years later is something we never take for granted. It’s a genuine privilege to have been trusted by so many people over the years, and an even bigger privilege to now help people on a much larger scale through Pinnacle Fitness.

To every member, client, coach and supporter who has been part of the journey, thank you. You’ve allowed us to do something we truly love, and for that, we’ll always be grateful.

Here’s to the next chapter. 💙

The public holiday might change your schedule, but it doesn’t have to change your routine.

NEW MONTH. NEW PROGRAMMING 👊🏻

A new month means fresh programming right across the Pinnacle Fitness Group Classes.

These are not generic, copy paste session plans. This is programming for you, the Pinnacle Trainers know your fitness levels, how to push you and what you need to work on. You will all love this new programming block.

Whether you’re chasing strength, improving your fitness, training for Bridge to Brisbane or simply looking to stay consistent during Winter, there’s something for everyone.

Here’s what’s new 🚨
• New Strength blocks across all 5 weekly sessions.
• Circuit & HIIT classes with fresh structures to keep every session challenging.
• Run Club continues to build towards Bridge to Brisbane, with all paces welcome every Wednesday and Saturday.
• Yoga is available 7 days a week to help improve mobility, recovery and overall wellbeing.

A special shout out to our 9:00am classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If early mornings aren’t your thing, these sessions are the perfect way to train during the day while still getting all the benefits of our new programming.

Bring on the weekend with a Pinnacle Double.

We’re all in for the Bridge to Brisbane, and there’s no better way to prepare than with our Saturday morning crew.

🏃 5:30am Run Club with PT Andy. Lace up, enjoy the river views, catch the sunrise, and build the kilometres with an awesome group of members, no matter your pace.

💪 Then back it up with 6:45am Bootcamp with PT Lorenzo. A fun, full-body session to build the strength and endurance that’ll help you on race day.

☕ We finish every Saturday the best way we know how, with a coffee and a catch-up at Fonzie Abbott.

Whether you’re taking on the 5km, 10km, or simply want to get fitter, everyone is welcome. Come along for one session or challenge yourself with the full Saturday Double.
