If you’ve been consistent all week and still not seeing results, this is probably why.

Not because you’re doing anything wrong. But because “letting loose on weekends” is quietly cancelling out the work you’re putting in Monday to Friday.

The extra glass. The skipped Sunday session. The snacks you didn’t really clock. It all adds up to more than you think and your body doesn’t know it’s the weekend.

You don’t have to be perfect but if results matter to you right now, the weekend needs some intention behind it too 🧡🧡

your inner dialogue is either your biggest cheerleader or your worst critic… but the best part is you get to choose which one shows up!

Positivity breeds more positivity. You start showing yourself love, kindness and hyping yourself up = it all comes back around.

Same goes with being negative. The more you put out, the more that will attract back to you.

So next time you catch yourself in the mirror, see a reflection, doing your morning affirmations - make them positive. Catch yourself when you’re about to tear yourself down and turn it around.

A few simple household swaps I would be making to help your health and fitness journey.
Doing what you can to feel your optimal BEST does mean looking outside of diet and training and at a few things around the house that might actually be in the ‘not so good for you’ category.
You don’t have to do a massive overhaul, you can start ticking things off your list and making these swaps.
The items we use, the products we have, how we cook and what we consume all does play a role.

Here’s how to track your meal prep when it’s done with multiple ingredients you can’t seperate at the end.

If you’re making this and consistently eating it across the week, close enough is good enough when popping it into containers. Why?!
You might be over one day by 5g of whatever it is, it’s going to be missing from another meal because you’re already tracked it as a whole.
Think of it like cutting a cake, if one person got a bigger piece, means someone’s gonna have that scrawny lil piece on the other side (just make your meals more even than this please haha)

Consistency like this doesn’t just happen by accident, it comes from a client choosing to show up for herself every single day, even when it’s not convenient or exciting. I can give the tools, the structure and the program, but I can’t do the work for you. That part comes down to the client, and this is what it looks like when someone really commits.

I’m so proud of the effort behind this. The sessions that were done when motivation was low, the meals that were prepped when it would have been easier not to, the check ins that stayed honest and consistent.

That is where the results are built.

This is your reminder that you don’t need to be perfect, you just need to keep showing up.
