Ty did this in the middle of the busiest stretch of his life.. planning a wedding, buying a house, working full time, and travelling constantly for work.

Most blokes would’ve waited for things to calm down first, told themselves they’d start once life slowed up.

But life doesn’t slow up, so we never asked it to.. we built the whole thing around the life he was actually living, the travel, the work, the lot.

And what a f***’n result.. 25kg gone in 22 weeks.

Now he’s fitter, sharper, making more money, and more driven than he’s been in years.

Feeling wrecked after a workout doesn’t mean it’s working.

When a bloke’s running a business, raising a family, and carrying the weight of both, his own health is the first thing to go.

Ben was living it, no energy left at the end of the day, dragging through work, and not much of himself left over for the people who matter.

The hard part was never that he didn’t care, it’s that everything in his life pulled in a different direction, and being Italian meant food and family were never going to be things he’d sacrifice.

So we stopped asking him to.

We structured his Italian heritage around proper fat loss principles, gave him training that fit the life he actually lives, and rebuilt his routine so he was sleeping more and running on a full tank again.

The result? 23kg gone. 2hrs+ sleep per night. More entry at work. And more present with his kids when he got home.

But the number on the scales is the least interesting part of this..
.Sam went from 5 hours’ sleep a night to 7, his testosterone climbed 60% naturally in 8 weeks, and the bloke who turned up to us running on fumes fell back in love with being strong and capable again.

When the baby came, Sam thought he had to pick one.. his family, his work, or himself.

Instead of making him choose, we built the whole thing around his new life instead, so his training and the nutrition actually fit around the baby and the job rather than fighting them.

Sleep is the cheapest hormone protocol you’ll ever do.

Most blokes 35+ are walking around with bottom-percentile testosterone and blaming it on age. The actual cause is five and a half hours a night and a phone in their hand until midnight.

For years the thing stopping him wasn’t the food or the gym..
